Ryanair switched terminals in Manchester

    Hi,

Just thought I'd let people know - with very little advertising, Ryanair have moved from T1 to T2 within Manchester. I flew home from there yesterday, and fortunately had the spare 10 minutes that it takes to walk from one terminal to the other...

T2 in Manchester isn't great - there were only three flights going from it at that time of night, and one was postponed to the morning, so all the shops were closed. They also have the "nude" scanners in place, but they were turned off for our flight :)

Anyway - the FR boarding passes don't have it mentioned anywhere on them, it's not on the FR website, but is listed on the Manchester Airport website.

I haven't arrived into T2 with Ryanair yet, so I don't know how/if it gets around the whole passport control thing - or if they just lump you in with regular incoming travellers -- T2 doesn't normally cater for "domestic/semi-domestic" traffic like from Ireland.
