Meteor error 619 repeatedly

    iv been using meteor broadband to go for about two years, same netbook all the time, recently im getting this error 619 everytime i try to connect. Can take up to 20 mins to connect even though signal strength is around 90%.

    Ive tried turning it off and back on again and trying a different port etc, nothing seems to help.
    Any ideas why this only started in the last few days? problem with the dongle or the network?
    Iv tried it on my girlfriends laptop and its the same thing.
