Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

Enterprise Ireland - poor levels of service

    Over the past few months I have been dealing with Enterprise Ireland and unfortunately I have received a shocking level of service.
    - EI staff not turning up for meetings that were booked and confirmed
    - EI staff falling asleep during meetings (yes, this actually happened!)
    - don't respond to emails
    - email me documents to fill in that I have already filled in
    - make false promises or don't deliver on promises
    - lack of professionalism.

    I'd be interested to hear from any Enterprise Ireland clients/stakeholders about your own experiences - either positive or negative.
