    whats the difference between a peace commissioner and a commissioner of oathes??

    1 do you get paid for this

    2 how do you get the job

    3 have they to get any legal training

    2. Political Appointment
    3. They did'ent in years gone by, not sure if they do now

    Commissioner of Oaths
    1. Yes, they normally charge a fee
    2. Don't Know
    3. I would assume so in that most of them are either Solicitors Or Court Clerks

    Maybe one of the other experts here can fill in the blank
