Didn't see a thread about the fight tonight, Looking forward to seeing Gamboa fight. Another Cuban Olympian who hits very hard.
Hes favourite tonight too, but he may get a fight against Soils whos two losses include one to Manny Pacquaio.
I think Gamboa by late KO.
    Any thoughts on this?

I watched the weigh in last night on the toprank stream ,.... Solis looked like a famine victim .
I think he's dropping a weight to face Gamboa .

Everything is stacked in favour of Gamboa , it could be a mid round stoppage in my humblle opinion

Damn, the stream has gone crap all of a sudden just as the fight starts. I don't get it, there's less people viewing now than when I started watching

You would wonder how people think an unproven Rigondeaux could beat Gamboa.

He was very impressive, seems to get quicker everytime I see him. Some beautiful combos and movement.

Thought Solis may have put up a bit better showing than that. I will have a look at the fight later on. Gamboa looks like a serious prospect .

It's looking like he will face Lopez next, that'll be a great one

He's as wild as ****, but he's more powerful and faster than anyone in that division...

I don't think he is that wild, he does put some beautiful combos together that make it very difficult for anyone to open up and effectively counter.

He is wild but only tends to open up like that when he spots an opportunity like the other guy is hurt, so he's quite safe. He's fairly tidy otherwise

I agree, he is an all rounder. One needs to just look at him in the ams. He can box, brawl and move, and all at the same time. Very versatile.
He was my man of the 2004 Olympics. Unreal.

He's been put down a couple of times during his career as a pro hasn't he? Makes him more exciting to watch.
Just hurry and get the Lopez fight on, can't wait for that!

JML was in the ring with Gamboa the other night saying that they both wanted the fight. Hopefully it comes soon.
He has been dropped; but was never serioulsy hurt. Flash knock downs and balance issues.

Excellent lets hope Arum gets his finger out and gets this on!

I've seen Gamboa fight really poor once when he fought in Germany, he struggled in that one although i read after it that he said had the flu in the lead up to the fight.

Never really made much of Juanma, looks good in ring but always seems to be ducking anyone of worth, I think Gamboa blasts him out. Rigo might be an interesting contest.

Rigo is simply the best. JML is near to Gamboa class... Rigo is other thing. He is in a superior level... he is technically perfect.

I think Rigo is far better than Gamboa because is faster, has more power and boxing skills.
They aren't kids, they are experimented boxers so they are as good as already are.
