    You mean within the cavities of the inner and outer walls?
    The price varies to be honest but expect to pay at least 600+ and thats cheap.

    Thats said, you know you can apply to your council/corporation (or whatever its called where you are) for grants to help cover the cost?
    In some cases I think they pay the lot. You might have to wait a while but the company they use, will eventually get to you.

    I think he's talking about the kingspan boards that are applied during the build,if so each board goes for about €25 euro a pop and they're only 750mm by 900mm.I guess it also depends on how heavy you want the insulation aswell 50mm 100 mm etc etc
