    Hi lads, I'm looking to buy a new interface but my needs are very specific and so far I haven't seen the right solution.

    Rack or desktop form-factor
    PC & Mac compatible
    2 line in/out (mic pre not required)
    AES or S/PDIF
    No physical gain controls if desktop type!!! This is really important. You'll just have to trust me on this.

    Ok, whaddya got?
