I'm pretty sure that they've started coming in, well for UCD and NUIM anyway, but I think only Louth, Waterford and Tipp are in!

Yep the Clare County Council said they'd be in towards the end of March/Start of April.

If you look at UCD website current student/ student desk. They have a list when payments are expected.

I rang up Clare Co. Council this morning and they said that third round cheques have been posted. Yipee I says to myself, only to be told by the girl at the fees desk that "we won't be dealing with third round cheques until after easter, as not even all second round ones are in". Is it just me or is it a bit hairy that there's a grand sitting there in my name and NUIG can just decide to keep them until the end of April?

Would you be able to post a link to this? All I can see is the list of cheques received so far!

    Cheers!

this is my 6th year of getting grants from roscommon earliest was 12 April but last year it was 29th, saying that they're paying straight into the bank accounts this year, I got an email today with an invoice nothing in bank account but on pay date it reads 20110407 0 so hopefully tomorrow, if thats tru quicker than previous years

Got it in this morning! Such a relief I was broke, have you ever received an email about getting the grant electronically? If not ring the council maybe

At the stage where im about to crack up. Sent my acceptance form away ages ago, stil no sign of a cheque in college. They have recieved a rake of cheques from Louth County Council yet mine hasnt arrived. Cant even get in touch with the county council due to the ridiculous opening hours of 9-11. Havnt been able to think about anything else for about a week now, and I havnt a penny to my name.
