cant receive emails in outlook 2010

hi there, hope some one can help with this problem.....upgraded from outlook express to outlook 2010,in "Office professional plus 2010", using upc bb and eircom email address. Now i can send but not receive emails.....i get the following error message......"task webmail.eircom.net-receiving reported error(0x80040154)…

email was working fine untill i upgraded ...
