Deutz M620 Power Problems

    Hi,
I seen already there are other posts on this topic but they are over a year old so i posted a new one.
Six months ago i bought a year old M620 with only 300hrs on it from a main dealer. When we got it first there was a serious lack in torque and used to leave a trail of black smoke but i liked the comfort and everything else about the tractor and thought it just needed to be opened up a bit. Drove it for a bit with no improvment. The dealer dynoed the tractor and was puting out the correct PTO power (160hp). They fitted a smaller turbo and changed the ECU program to try to get rid of the laggy-ness. This got rid of the black smoke but not much improvment on the power. They then fitted an ECU from a new tractor but still no improvment. Im really getting fed up of this tractor coz the 01 Deutz 135 in the yard would pull it around the place.
Has anyone else had this problem or heard about it, and was it resolved.
Any feedback would be a great help.
    Thanks.

If the tractor is dynod at 160hp and it suposed to be 160hp then I dont see how its down on power? Was it the same dealer that sold it too you which dynoed it?

Is there any way to drive another tractor the same model and see if there is a differance?
The other tractor may feel more powerfull due to differances in gearing etc.

I have never driven these tractors so cant really comment on if this is a common problem etc. mabye someone will be along to help you out, just throwing up some ideas
