Freeview Channel 45 - TBA

Hi, I see on Freeview that a new channel number appeared on my Samsung on ch 45. All it says is: title: TBA with an announcement that a new channel will be present soon. Any ideas what channel this might be?

Thats been there for some time now and caused much debate. Some people see it listed as Dave Ja Vu. The test banner is similar to that used before Quest started.
