Pretty sure the answer is 'No'.

Although, there is always the possibility that one or more of the small number of climbers who have done it could qualify for Irish citizenship under the grandparent or parent rule.

I'm sure you know that Reinhold Messner and Peter Habeler were the first to succeed (08/05/1978). Messner went on to be the first to climb all fourteen Eight-thousanders without supplementary oxygen. According to the last link quoted, only ten people (aged from 33-49 when last mountain climbed) have climbed all fourteen without supplementary oxygen.

Basically, to climb Everest without supplementary oxygen you need (at the very least, and not an exhaustive list nor in any particular order): the appropriate (very rare) physiognomy (especially heart/lung); acclimatisation; time; weather; documentation; determination; money; luck; equipment (including provisions); porters and Sherpas; relevant climbing experience....

    This may help.

I don't see any Irish on the no oxygen list.

Thanks for that link. The list linked from that site 'ascents without supplenentary oxygen' (PDF) is longer than I expected (goes up to 21/05/2009).

Of the 127 people listed, 10 died during their descent....

Only one winter ascent on the list: Ang Rita (Nepal) on 22/12/1987 via the South Col - SE Ridge.

Ang Rita appears on the list ten times - if it's all the same person (which it most likely is), that is a record that should stand for some time!
