Hi, I am wondering if its possible to set up a competition for my website? I have people that pay to subscripe to the site and i was going to run a free competition for them?

Does anyone have any views or advice on this.

    Thanks...

You will have less legal restrictions, if there is "no purchase necessary" in order for people to enter the competition. Would that be practical in your situation?

Thanks Fergal. The service I provide has a cost and it was going to be an extra bonus to those subscribers to have entry to the weekly draw. How would I go about getting the legal requirement for this?

Entry Fee could be seen as 'consideration'.

Sorry blue4ever, what do you mean by that?
