    Hey Guys,

Bought a pram online and when it arrived it was dameaged.

The box it came in was rewrapped by the DHL and when I phoned them they said that it must have been inspected and then rewrapped. They also said if it was damaged then it should have been returned to the sender and could have been delivered to me by mistake.

However who is legally responcible for replacing it.

It does look like it was damaged on deliverey as there are bits of the pramed chipped off within the packaging.

Im not asking for legal advise but where would some someone go from here?

You go back to whoever supplied the pram to you.

Any damage during delivery is between them and DHL.

Is there any legal reference where I can look this up?
