Okay, I want to leave my options open and have a course to fall back on if I don't get the points I need for my courses through CAO.

Can someone give me a step by step guide on how you apply?

Would be great if someone could help.. thank you :D

Contact your local VEC. Most of their colleges have PLC courses.

It's not like the CAO, you apply to each PLC place sepereately. Normally you have to go fir an interview. Ring the places you want to go and see what the story is about forms, interviews etc. :)
