Earth's magnetic field data

I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in geography, but if it's in the wrong place feel free to move it mods.

I caught the end of a documentary a few days ago which mentioned the decreasing magnetic field strength of earth's magnetic field over the last century and I was just wondering if there would be any free source of data for the earth's magnetic field strength? For more of a longer term span (maybe from year-to-year) rather than daily data.
Thanks for any help in advance:)

    http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/geomag/

I use it for getting magnetic declination data for mapping / navigation purposes, but I'm sure you can find something suitable somewhere on the site, it's pretty comprehensive.
