    Hi

I bought a Nano for my wife for xmas. It hasnt had a huge amount of use but she is finding the the charge is only lasting for 2-3 hrs of music. Surely this isnt enough. How do i go about getting it sorted under warranty as I bought it directly from the Apple website?

    Thanks!

do aquick Google sure and see if there's a problem but if you bought the nano at Christmas then your best bet is to ring Apple. The Nano should be covered by a 1 year warranty. Apple's care people are very good so it's not worth spending a lot of time googling, just enough to assure yourself that the behaviour is not as expected and then call them. I don't have the number to hand but you'll find it on http://www.apple.ie.
