    Why does the mind boggle?
    You sink or you swim.
He has decided to swim & whether anyone likes it or not the party he has planned will most likely be a success. If there was another general election in the morning he would top the poll...again.
He is popular & well liked so don't waste your time getting bothered by it.

I'm waiting to see if the DPP will prosecute anyone from the Moriarty Tribunal before I'll start running anyone into the ground. It's a very interesting story that has grabbed my attention.

Fair enough if people want to run him/ Denis O'Brien/ Ben Dunne into the ground but I'd like to see how it turns out.

I'm reading some of the supportive comments on his FB here
I would ask all to be patient and not to form a judgement based on the propaganda published yesterday, we must remain firmly behind Michael and show him moral support during the coming days & weeks

    and
There should uproar about the millions that this Morriarty tribunal cost, enormous barrister fee's etc just to get a personal opinion of Judge Morriarty who didnt take into account the information from Anderton & co. We all know in tipp that michael is an excellent politician..Eamon Gilmore can call for Michael Lowry to resign his seat but this view is not shared in tipp!best of luck Michael

They are the exact same people that would be calling for FF heads (or any other politician for that matter) if the tribunal said the same thing about them. They can't have double standards.
