Need help finding a book

Somebody suggested i ask here about this..

I'm looking for this book in paperback. it's Tolkien's unfinished tales but the trick is it has to be this edition with this particular cover. Anyone out there have it and would be willing to part with it? or have you seen it? Not having any luck at all tracking it down online and I've been looking for a few years now.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Which edition is "this edition", and which cover is "this particular cover"?

Also...have you tried abebooks?

All I know is that it's a harper collins print and it's from the mid to late 90's? even the Tolkien book collectors sites are thin on information about it..i

Can't say I recognise the cover
Was it exclusive to harper Collins? Reason I ask ill be in the states next week and I always take a day to trawl for stuff in second hand book stores and consignment stores etc.
