    i recently aplyed for a driving permit/lisence for a car .. had a provisional for a bike only back in 2003 and it got indorsed bk in 2003..never bothered to renew d bike lisence. having aplyed for the car lisence i am told that i may have the endorcments transfered to my new lisence even tho it was nearly 8 years ago and i never had a car lisence. can they do that ? Also if i went for insurance will it effect it much ? can i get insured under my parents name ?

    Perhaps not everyone has had the same opportunity or encouragement to undertake the same level of education as you or other posters have. Perhaps the op has a learning disability or something of that nature?
