    Hi all,

Has anyone else had trouble installing a sierra wireless broadband modem onto a mac pro?

Everytime I plug in the modem, Im prompted to install the firmware. It asks me to restart the machine, and when I do, I get no option to connect.. just a device not found message.

If I plug it out and plug it back into the other usb port, it just pops up the installation files again and asks me to install it as it did the first time.

I cant manage to get an option to connect. The blue power light is on the modem but no activity on the other light at all.
