In my 30,s, qualified with good experience. Any idea of which companies are taking people on. I know peo[le will ask qualified in what etc, but I dont want to continue in the field I have worked for the last 15 years. Lets just say I am an engineer. Need a change and hence an employer willing to take a chance on someone…
