Beading staining through paint

Hi, Have a problem with the beading showing through a yellowish colour around some of the reveals in the house. Painting over doesn't do the job, any suggestions? Thanks in advance

If its silicone water based paint won't stick to it so get some oil based undercoat paint onto the silicone then when dry paint with the emulsion.
