    Hi,

My prohibation period was up 3 weeks ago in work after an initial 6 months.

I havent received any notice of intention to extend my prohibation so am I to presume that I have passed by default?

I'm assuming that you mean probation.

If they don't tell you that it is being extended, then it is not extended.

Good question; it's come up before. Common sense would seem to dictate that you're out probation; unless they have a formal sign-off procedure. But that is most definitely not based on any legal knowledge at all.

Unless you're worried about your performance, I'd just confirm with your manager first though. Failing that, see if you can find any HR policies you can have a look at.
