    Faults in 2 lines this morning.

    Rang Eircom at 10am, van arrives at 11am, fault fixed by 11.30am.

    For this, they deserve to keep my business!

    I left a message on the automated messaging service for Eircom yesterday evening at about 7pm that my home phone was out of order. the Eircom man arrived at my house in rural Co Monaghan at 11am this morning and without getting access to the house fixed the problem in an hour. Top Marks!
