No idea on the Nalanis. I would go on the waist size. That's going to affect fit most. I bought a pair of endura L bibs which were a bit tight on the thigh but the straps were too long for me. Ended up shortening the straps. Couldn't have gone lower on the sizing though.

Do NOT go on waist size, go on length.

    Prendas say:

"Unfortunately, the sizing of bib shorts is not an exact science (unlike jerseys).

Whilst many of our competitors still quote waist sizes, this dimension actually has no relevance when it comes to bib short sizing. This part of the garment will stretch almost indefinitely.

Your height and weight are the two most important dimensions."

height is 180 cm and weight is 74 kgs but the waist measurement for the large seems quite big? Im thinking lumen is right with the height weight argument as cyclists waists seem to be a little out of proportion anyways. im thinking the large may be the best bet. ive never taken an extra large in my life even though according to their guide, that size would suit my height

I am about 182cm and 69kg. In various brands of bib short (haven't bought Nalini) I find a medium a little too short and a large good for length but almost slightly flappy around the waist. I would not go for XL at 180cm.

i'm a medium in street clothes, 30-32 waist, 32-34 leg and 36-38 chest. I'd get away with small in a lot of tshirts etc. I went along with Nalini sizing advice according to weight and height, reluctantly I have to say as it recommended XL bib-shorts. Mental I thought. Got them and they fit really well. I also got DHB bib shorts that were recommended here in Medium and theyre a good fit too.

In my experience, different brands = different sizing, so be careful. At 185cm and 85kg, XL is perfect in most bibs for me, but XXL in one (embarassing, huh... :)). I'd guess that you are L, but close to/approaching XL. Ideally someone with those bibs will reply.........
