PS3 not Booting

    Hi posted this in the thec stickey but no joy so maybe someone can assist. PS3 is not booting up at all. Power on and I get a green light for about 10-15 seconds then it goes into standby. If I hold down the on button nothign happens, if I hold down the on plus eject nothing happens. Getting no image on the screen at any time. Any recommendations on getting this fixed or where I can get it fixed. Anyone use console repairs ireland ?

    Unfortunately, you're boned. You can get it repaired by many places but it won't be permanent. May last a few days, week, months or longer but there are no guarantees.

    How old is the PS3?
    Do you still have the receipt?
    Did you purchase it in Ireland / Europe?
