Generally we discourage second accounts unless there's a particularly good reason. However there are quite a few forums where unregistered posting is permitted, so if it's one of these all you need to do is log out and start a thread. The current (although not necessarily complete) list is:

Long Term Illness
Parenting
Work & Jobs
