Rear facing child seats up to age 4

Apparently in Sweden (where else) kids are in rear-facing seats up to 4 or beyond - here it's recommended up to age 1 only by the RSA. You can get rear facing seats for up to age 4 from sites like this but not really in shops:

Anyone used these? I notice how my two-year-old's head flops forward when he is dozing in the back and the idea of him being in a rear facing seat makes some sense to me (big assumption that he will co-operate).

    Thanks,

    Ro

Does it recline, some go back really far so the child is nearly lying down.
