UPC blank screen with sound?

    hi all,
    my UPC digital box has suddenly decided to just provide me with sound and no pictures. Its basically a black blank screen but i can still hear the audio, the 'guide' or 'menu' wont come up either. I have taken out the card and replaced it, unplugged the scart and plugged it back in, turned the power off and on again.... all to no avail. anyone any ideas?

    ps: the decoder in the bedroom works fine

    Ring UPC with the problem. They will talk you through resetting the box. Happened to me a month ago.
