UPC blank screen with sound?

hi all, my UPC digital box has suddenly decided to just provide me with sound and no pictures. Its basically a black blank screen but i can still hear the audio, the 'guide' or 'menu' wont come up either. I have taken out the card and replaced it, unplugged the scart and plugged it back in, turned the power off and on…

hi all,

ps: the decoder in the bedroom works fine

Ring UPC with the problem. They will talk you through resetting the box. Happened to me a month ago.
