My mother is looking for this chart

It's Dimensions 'The Best Gifts Tree Skirt' design by Todd Trainer.
Her friend got the kit back in 2006 in the states & it's not in great condition now as her friend didn't take care of it. My mother has started it but is finding some areas difficult because of areas that are taped together etc.

It's out of stock everywhere (probably discontinued) and no luck on eBay. Checked a lot of online sites but all are 'no longer available'.
Found one american site that had it for 100$ not including P&P.

So! I was hoping maybe someone out there has it or has a copy and would be kind enough to make a copy or tell me where I could get it.
