    Hi,
Parked my car in town today, left the phone in it and went back to get my phone.
A bunch of Americans were reversing into the space in front of me and looked awful suspicious when I approached my car they went quiet and she looked stunned,2 of them had booze in their hands.
Went off but returned in 3 mins and checked my car they hit mine, cracked the bonnet and dented my bumper.
Took pictures of the damage, damage on their car also with my paint on it.
Got info of the tax disc that it's an enterprise rent a car, left a note on the car to contact me.
Damage is mire than I thought when I got home and will need fixing, any idea how I should follow this up?

He rang me just there and admitted it over the phone.
It's a hire car and he is going to call enterprise in the morning as will I.

There was only 2 minutes between those posts. He probably didn't know the other post was there until the page was refreshed.

You don't necessarily need a witness although this helps. I had a case where a woman scraped the side of my van and then denied it. An insurance assessor looked at both vehicles ( in her house and my house the next day) and said she had very probably hit my van. It was good enough for her insurance company who paid up.

Btw , next time get the info off the insurance disc as well, it makes life easier for your own insurance company. ;)
