    Hi,
I have a audi a3 it wont start up at all, no ignition noise-even if I hook up a portable jump start to it,any time I turn the key the alarm goes off and on the dash it says 'fuse'

any idea what type of fuse is blown ? thanks

immobiliser? Only because the car wont start on a jump.

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the fuse sign. That happens on them when they're getting power back, not neccessarily a blown one.

What are you jump starting it with?

I tried jumping it with a powerstation jumper.
Last week it wouldn't start ,but I got it working at the alarm didn't go off every second.

I haven't been using it since but today anytime I go near it the alarm goes off,the clicking noise and no sound of any power if I turn the key

Maybe the battery is completely gone? (as I said ,on the dash it says fuse-don't think it said it last week)

    Thanks for the replys
