    Hi,

I am just looking for a little guidance on a price.

I am looking at converting my downstairs en-suite into a untility room.

So I need the entrance into the bedroom moved back beyond the door into the now en-suite.
The walls are only plasterboard so nothing too major.
And the toilet, shower, and sink removed - there is a bit of plastering required on one of the walls too.

The ensuite is very very small, I would say perhaps 6ft x 6ft.
But I had a builder up to look at the job and he quoted me €7,000 :eek:

This does include painting - the inside of the house too - but it is only a 3 bed house, again, not too big.

Am I been seriously over -charged? I think so!

I know you can only roughly give a ball park figure from the above information, but any feedback would be great

    Thanks! :)

You haven't been over-charge as you haven't been charged yet.
    You got a quote.

go out and get more quotes.
    It looks high to me
