winter wedding - where to get photos taken?

I'm getting married this year in mid-November so it's a winter wedding and - let's face it - the weather will probably be crap!

The problem is now that while I like our hotel reception venue, it's not very photogenic, especially in winter...alas we couldn't afford the beautiful venues!
I'd like to have somewhere scenic / pretty as the backdrop for my wedding photos.

The ceremony is in Tinahely Co. Wicklow and the reception is in Gorey, Co. Wexford

So I was just wondering if anyone knew of any nice (and not too muddy!) scenic places to get photos taken, or even some indoor locations which are nice and publically accessible in or around Tinahely or Gorey.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
