    Hey,

    Im looking for some information..

    What is the legal requirement when working with computers for frequency of breaks or is there one?

    all i can find is this bit of information

    Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007
    Duties of employer.
    72.
    plan the activities of the employer’s employees in such a way that daily work on
    display screen equipment is periodically interrupted by breaks or changes of activity
    which reduce workload at the display screen,
