    ... Got the day off and just about to tee off for 18?? Anybody?? No?? Just me??

    Jesus, bit warm here - hope I have enough sunblock, a balmy 11 degrees according to the car display :D

    When I left the house for work this morning you could tell it was going to be a cracker of a day. Pity I'm stuck in an office looking out at it but what can you do :)

    Played Shannon today, on the tee at 9.40 this morning. Coldish to start but then 18 degrees with not a breath of wind. Absolutely fantastic

    Played Killeen in Kildare - played quite nicely too! Absolutely ideal golfing conditions. Putted like a demon on the back nine, made FIVE par putts from 8ft to about 22ft! Was two skins to the good after a 12-footer for par on 18 - so that left me a euro up n all!! :) great day, think I'll have a beer tonight :)

    There's a course I haven't played in a few years. How's it looking these days? Was always a big fan.
