    Hi All

    Im planning my Future sis in laws hens for June. We have settled on Carrick on Shannon - Can anyone recommend a good/fun restaurant?
    Have looked on the net but you never know!!

    Would really help me out, thanks in advance!!

    Hi There

    I am from the town and it depends what you are looking for:

    Italian: Vittos (reasonable)
    Chinese: Chungs (very reasonable and lovely food)
    Steaks etc: Oarsman (expensive), Landmark Hotel (nice selection but can be very busy at weekends), Courtyard Kitchen(very reasonable), Cryans (reasonable)
