Planning on building a divding wall inside my garage using 4" blocks. Would i be ok to lay this straight on the garage floor? (up to roughly 8')

Also dont want to use a studded wall.

Should be. Whats the floor made out of, as in how thick is the concrete?

consider lite weight block such as quinn lite: not as robust as concrete but may do the trick unless u want good fixings for the bondage hooks:D
