    This is probably a stupid question but when the DOE is up on your van, can you drive it if you have a date for the test?

    Thats a tough one to call. Yes is the obvious answer but technically a guard could do you for it. When is the test??

    its the 30th, the way I see it is its safe to drive, it has been serviced and will pass the test no problem. i just don't want to risk getting done by the gards.

    I've driven it in after the date. Probably not strictly supposed to but...the guard would have to be one officious b0llix to do ya if you had the appointment letter proving it was that day...

    I'd be more concerned about insurance TBH.
