Hi, went to have a look at this car today http://www.lewismotors.ie/usedcars/index.cfm?fuseaction=car&carID=201101200776462. One of the guys working there approached me and seemed nice enough. Anyone had any experience here? First time buying and any advice would be great. I presume its worth while getting a mechanic to take a look when buying from this kind of dealership, can someone suggest a decent mechanic that might be able to help me out?

    Thanks

I know the guy who owns it and can tell you he's definately not the type to rip you off. One of my teachers bought a car of Lewis Motors and was pleased.

I like e46s, but that's a lot of money for an 11 year old car. If you've no trade in you'll get an 02 / 03 one easily for that money privately.
