What are my options to get from airport to newcastle city centre?Getting in at 8.20am on a Saturday morning so no need to get taxi.Bus or train will do fine. Also,is there anything I can do to pass a few hours in city centre before I go boozing??

    Hop on the Metro.
The station is actually in the Airport and goes straight to the City Centre. They leave every few mins and from memory is only about £3. About half an hour journey.
Best thing to do to pass time away is probably hop on one of the City Tours busses and decide as you go along.
Great town for a session BTW!!!
