So i won my first ever prize, thing is, it's an official GUI Voucher to the value of €30 (spending €1700 on gear in the last 6 months seems worthwhile now :p)

Do these generally have to be spent in the same local of the issuing club, as they have to be returned to the club for payment... or can they be used elsewhere?

    What are folks experiences?

Nope they can be used pretty much anywhere that sells golf equipment in my experience. They are dated but some clubs are willing to re-date if they expire on ya.

Not just golf equipment either. Loads of places accept GUI vouchers.
The local butchers/spar out my way take them as far as I'm aware.

    Yours etc,

Thanks for the update guys, i heard fella's using them on petrol and such, but this is the first prize i won, so hoping to spend it on something i can use. A kit bag or something similar. Might take a trip to American Golf and see how i get on.
