I want to buy a account for hulu but you need a American registered credit card for that. I have a permanent tsb debit atm card registered in ireland. Is there a service i can buy online to buy a online credit card as it were? kind of like the 3v cards we have in ireland buy all online...

Entropay will give you a USD card, but if you need a card with a US issuer, that's a lot more difficult.
