What sort of things do you want to do? Sightseeing, drinking, theme parks?

    Liverpool , without a doubt.
I've been loads of times and going again with the girls on Thursday , get cheap Ryanair flights. This time we're staying in apartments rather than a hotel ,they're right in Liverpool City Centre , great value and rated No.1 on tripadvisor http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g186337-d1237504-r96254982-Signature_Living_Serviced_Apartments-Liverpool_Merseyside_England.html

I'll let you know what the apartments are like when I get back :) But flights and accomodation in total for one night cost us €43 each. Weekend nights would obviously be dearer.

If you go to London you could get a train out to Thorpe Park for the day. That's pretty fun. Also in London there's a great club during the day on Sundays. It's called The Church. Really good fun. Here's a link

Really good fun. And with 9 or 10 people you'd have a great time.
When I was there I stayed in St. Christophers hostel. One of the nights we stayed in the bar in the hostel and it was really good. Belushi bar or something I think.
You could have an amazing weekend in London. Get there on Friday, go to a west end show. On Saturday go out to Thorpe park for the day then go out in Belushi's bar and stay drinking until 12 on Sunday when The Church starts.
