I assume the program makers will collect on the insurance?

(non-performance - can be hundreds of millions)

if so, Charlie'll be out of work for quite a while.

    edit, but if not....

wonder what the insurance clause says...

It's a wild thing to see someone go crazy. Seen it happen to some people, you start wondering about how bizarre it must be to literally have an entire different foundation for your view on reality.

Sheen is doing it in style, don't get me wrong, but he needs some help now. It's slowly not being funny anymore.

I dunno. I think he isn't really going "crazy" as in "get into rehab, get him help ASAP". I think it's more that he just said "to Hell with it all, I'm doing what I want".

It reminds me of a quote (from the Joke from Batman, albiet a bit edited since I can't remember it correctly).
"All it takes is just one bad day for a man to end up like me (Joker)".
It also reminds me of a quote by Carnage (a Spiderman villan who was a serial killer/psychopath), again this is edited as I do not remember it all:
"any normal person can commit murder if he had the guts".

It makes you think, has Charlie just snapped and said "fu*k it" or does he need help?

I never got this whole Charlie Sheen thing, yeah I lol'd a few times as what he was doing. It definally has raised he's profile tho.
Think he should go do he's own primetime show if he's going to do anything. Cant see 2.5 men contuning ever, which is good because it was starting to lose its quality.

I am still not convinced its not all a big publicity stunt to get out of his contract

apparently, he has passed the drug tests the media has requested so its not a drugs thing

think about it though, you are a very very wealthy man, a very very successful man, you live in a mansion with beautifull women, can probably walk down most streets and pick any woman you want there and then. then someone comes up to you and says dude your not living your life right you need help, what would your reaction be?

I think you watch too many superhero movies if you can remember specific quotes from them....

I like his interviews and fair play to him for getting whatever he used to get paid for doing that show, but he appears to have a misguided pride in his work. He doesn't appear to even realise that the show is total garbage.

Its weird alright. He still seems like he has it together though, and I keep expecting him to just admit that he is actually just doing it because he can. Or that he's been taking the complete piss out of the planet for the last while.

    Trolley Sheen ftw.

Show is poxy though, don't know how anyone finds it funny.

But why? What the Hell give you or I the right to "help" someone else? I don't mean it in an agressive way but... he isn't really on a self-harm trip so... do we let him be happy or do we try to stop it? That's the intersting point about this scenario.

I have actually thought about that.

On one hand I dislike "Ming" for him saying "I like to go home and have a joint ot relax" but... WTF is it about Charlie Sheen that makes me think "GO CHARLIE!".

Am I some sort of hypocrite? It's odd how some people doing the same thing invoke different feelings.

    Haha :P

Joker was from a comic book (it may have been from the Nolan films, I never saw them).
The Carnage one (I believe originated) from the 90s Spiderman show.
