Remember Blathín on 2fm after midnight in the 1990s??

. . i had a flashback to my leaving cert this evening to a time when i regularly tuned into Blathín on 2fm. She would be on after the midnight news for ten minutes. Does anyone remember her take on leaving cert poetry- ''some woman's yellow hair has maddened every mother's son'', she believed, was a reference to Teesie in Glenroe. . Blathín wasn't always funny but more often than not she made funny observations.
