Anyone know if the first offers for the Masters of Accounting at NUIG are out yet?

    Thanks

My friend applied and hasn't heard anything, he got a 2.1 average in second year.
but I'll give you some advice of how to guage your expectations for the offers.
An average of around 66% was needed to get into the Masters last year (along with your CAP1's), with the first batch (I like the word batch) of B.COMM accounting (done it since first year) in NUIG graduating this year, that is expected to go up.

I've signed a training contract but I thought about applying (as I know I would get an offer on the back of my 2nd and 3rd year results so far) just to knock someone off the list

    EDIT
My friend just text me, he says the first round offers were made last week, but there is still hope, the people who were offered places might not take them up after UCC and UCD make there offers

My thanks for this info. Doesn't seem like I'm in the running so! Hopefully there'll be some rejections
