Tuesday is the quietest anyway, I like it. Friday is mayhem there, queues, etc.

I call it "idiots who paid over the odds for ****e clothes with stupid big hats which block your view of the races talking with plums in their mouth day"

The Friday is always packed, though if you just want to go for a bit of craic then it's the best day. If you actually want to go to see the racing, any of the other days are better, Tuesday usually being the quietest.
