how do i certify my staff?

    i have opened a new hair salon and i am wondering how i qualify my staff??
    I have searched google and cant find any links!
    Do i need to register with somethng?
    I am toni'guy qualified myself and want to start training one of my employees but how can i certify her when shes finished??

    I thought you had to have a Fás apprenticeship to become a qualified Hairdresser??? Perhaps wring Fás and see what they say. You could also get onto your local enterprise board for help, they will point you in the right direction.

    if i correctly recall she has to be registered under the JLC agreement with the labour court who issue out a form which records her training
